I purchased Sonax Gloss Concentrate from Carpowergrid and they shipped it promptly. However due to some issues with the courier it was delayed for several days.
I called Carpowergrid customer care and they were very helpful in solving the issue by sending a second package by priority.
The shampoo cleans very well and fragrance is also good. Microfiber provided in the package is soft and of good quality.
